a. Freelancer Cancellation:

  • If the project is not initiated or is in the early stages, the employer will receive a full refund.
  • If work has commenced, the refund will be prorated based on the percentage of the project that remains incomplete.

b. Employer Cancellation:

  • Employers can cancel a project at any time.
  • If the freelancer has not started working on the project, the employer is eligible for a full refund.
  • If work has begun, the refund will be prorated based on the percentage of the project that remains incomplete.

2. Dispute Resolution and Refunds

a. Dispute Initiation:

  • If a dispute arises between an employer and a freelancer, both parties are encouraged to engage in open communication to resolve the issue.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may initiate a dispute resolution process through Gotlancer.

b. Refund in Dispute Resolution:

  • If Gotlancer determines that a refund is appropriate based on the dispute resolution, the refund will be processed accordingly.
  • Refunds will be prorated based on the project's completion status and the nature of the dispute.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact us immediately at support@gotlancer.com. Gotlancer will investigate and take appropriate action to address the situation.

4. Refund Process
